Operating as ADAMS & ASSOCIATES, we are a full time real estate team providing residential and commercial services to the entire lake area.  We have assembled a team of select professionals and associates designed to make your selling or buying experience as seamless and effortless as possible.     BRUCE ADAMS

I have been a realtor for over 9 years working in the Lake of the Ozarks area and Kansas City markets. In addition to residential sales, I specialize in selling commercial real estate and businesses. I also have experience as a property developer and business owner with a total of over 30 years experience in sales. I have an MBA degree from Southern Illinois University. My in-depth knowledge of computer and internet technology enables me to sharpen our edge in marketing our listings and finding properties for buyers.


JAN ADAMS     

I have over 36 continuous years as a professional residential Realtor including business owner of two companies and as associate Broker with two other major Real Estate Companies. I have in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in residential real estate and property sales and I am an expert in home sales and the home buying process, and bringing the transaction to the closing table. I also have a detailed knowledge of home building, including construction standards and design/livability functions.


  DIANA HAZEL

As Administrative Assistant, Diana performs office management and secretarial functions that keep the processes and paperwork flowing smoothly. In addition, Diana coordinates all of the details for team marketing and advertising as well as insuring that listing, sale and escrow files and schedules are organized and complete, including all lake related items such as dock and seawall permits.
